This is the FREE part. We would be happy to listen to your specific needs and evaluate
them. If you are not sure where to start, we will use our expertise and experience to
offer suggestions. Once we have a good understanding of the task at hand, we can then
determine the amount of time needed to produce effective results and assign a cost. At
no time during this stage in the process are you under any obligation to continue with us.
Once we have agreed on the terms and expectations, we begin the design process. This
can take on many different shapes depending on the requirements. Generally, we begin
with pencil concept sketches. This gives us the ability to put together some ideas visually
to ensure we are on the right track. Once the customer is satisfied with our direction, we
move into the final design phase. This generally includes the use of the various computer
software available to us and we will transform the pencil sketch into a clean digital design,
adding color and effects as required. Once we think the design is complete, we will submit
a proof for the customer's approval. Depending on the arrangements made prior, we would
make any necessary edits and continue to do so until the final design is approved.
Once the final design has been approved and all financial arrangements completed. We will
submit the final design to the customer. In addition, we will hold the digital copy on file in
the event it gets misplaced.
